in Va. if i have a concealed weapon permit, can i have it fully loaded while driving and or walking?

As I understand Virginia law, you may legally carry a loaded firearm in your vehicle or on your person if you are in possession of a valid Virginia concealed carry permit. Understand that this presumes you are carrying your firearm in a place where it is legal for you to be in possession of a firearm...
