Remington 700 SPS

Question
I have a Remington 700 SPS that I enjoy shooting more than any other firearm I've shot to date. There are a couple of modifications I'd like to make but the one I haven't been able to figure out on my own involves the capacity. It's a .308 and can only hold 4+1. I have seen, on message boards and videos, people claiming to have put an extending device on the rifle. They claim that it was specifically the SPS model, whereas when researching it I've only ever found the product for other Rem 700 models. If you know if it's possible and where I might find it I would really appreciate the help.
Answer
Hello Larkin,
They do have a magazine conversion for these guns, but I do not know where to get one at exactly. I do know that you must modify your stock and a few other mod's to get this conversion to work. You might want to consult with a local gun smith and see if he/she has ever done it or heard of it.
Best of luck!
