I have a 1925 Oviedo Mauser style action. Could you please tell me the caliber of ths rifle? 7mm or 8mm mauser?
Thank you for any help and info you can give me on this gun.

7MM Rimless is what it should fire. It wouldn't handle the 7MM Magnum loads commonly sold in sporting good stores. Be sure to have the gun checked before attempting to fire, it could have been re-chambered or tampered with over the years and not be safe to fire anything. Best of luck!
