Info on hand gun

Very little can i give you on this gun because no info on the gun itself,it is a double action single shot 45 caliber, Break open to load.......info that is stamped on gun. fmj Ducktown TN.......model D Cal 45 and that is all i have to give you. the gun is in good shape nothing broken i have fired the gun with no problem. Hello Duard(Corkey). You have given me all the information I need to answer your question.It is an import by FMJ of Ducktown,TN. You call it a 'double action single shot'. If you mean a double barrel, it would make more sense. You might be thinking that cocking the hammer then pulling the trigger is double action, but that is called a single action. Anyway, it was imported in the 1980's, and there are many still around. It should be able to shoot a 2 1/2" 410 shotgun shell. There is no collector value, priced from $30-$80. Please be careful shooting it. Wear shooting glasses,gloves and hearing protectors when you do. There have been many accidents by this gun. Cobray Industries was one importer. Another was Lienard.
