These pistols were made for Sears by Unique Arms in France.  They were decent guns as Unique made some pretty good quality firearms.  There is not enough reference information to give you an accurate valuation, but I have seen these sold at recent online auctions for prices between $250 and $300.  The value that yours might have will depend on the condition of the gun.  The fact that the grips are no longer original would reduce the value for any serious collector.  

If you gun is in decent condition, I would speculate that you would be able to get at least $200 for it in a private sale.  If you take it to any firearms dealer, understand that they will only offer you about 50% of what they think they might be able to sell it for...
