Answer
Hello Ken.
Your H&R Model 732 Sidekick was manufactured from 1959 to 1985 in calibers .32S&W Long and .32 H&R Magnum. We can narrow that date some. White grips were standard up to 1966. Early 732's carried the name 'Sidekick'. They were later nicknamed 'Guardsman'. So, now we are between 1959 and 1966. Possibly closer to 1959. This is what puzzles me. Your serial number starts with the letter 'M'. What I have found through research is the letter 'M' was used in 1952. This was actually before the Model 732 was introduced. If the 'M' is actually a 'W', it would put the manufacture of your revolver at 1960. At times letters are accidently inverted. This could be what happened to yours. The #1 expert on H&R's was Bill Goforth. He has passed on of late. He did, however, write a book on these revolvers and other H&R firearms.
As for a value on your revolver, I have found them for sale at online firearm dealers from $100 to $250.
I hope this helps with answers to your questions and thank you for asking for me. Charles Gage
