Question
Charles, You did such a great job on my last question I thought I would try another. This pistol is a S & W 22 Hand ejector. On the cylinder hinge the number looks like #666 on the frame where S&W usually have the model, this number is repeated, though it is hard to see. Under the wood grip, on the left side of frame is the number 92 then 4.16 this is also a leaf spring pistol. The serial number of pistol is 1390**.
Bottom of wood grip is stamped with 677.
Any info on year of manufacture and such would be great.
Thanks again, Bob
Answer
Hello Bob.
Could you post a pic of your revolver. I may be on to some info that will thoroughly shock both of us. Charles Gage
Your revolver may be a Model .22/.32 Hand Ejector Berkeart Model manufactured in 1911. The .22/.32 Model was a .22 caliber small frame special ordered on a .32 caliber medium frame. With a picture, I can verify it. Charles Gage
