Question
Charles, Sorry I never meant to keep the question private. Still trying to get the picture of the S & W 22/32 for you.

Answer
Hello Bob.
Just got back from vacation. Your revolver is an actual Bekeart. The hardware store owner, Philip Bekeart ordered 3,000 special .22/.32 revolvers in the larger frame, to sell in his store. However, he only fulfilled part of his bargain by accepting 292 units. The serial numbers began with 138,226 through the 3,000 units. These were stamped on the base of the wood grips 1-3000. Since Bekeart only accepted 292 units, your numbers, being under 292, makes your S&W Hand Ejector.22/.32 as a "REAL BEKEART" revolver. Values are relevant to actual market prices for today. Check sites such as gunsinternational.com; gunsamerica.com; gunbroker.com and many others on the Internet.
Thank you for asking for me. Charles Gage
