gauge setup

i have just bought a mares mr12 yoke and a mares rebel 1st stage and mares depth gauge to replace my old gear.   when i conect all my hoses to the yoke and crack open my tank the depth gauge doesnt work, my regs dont work and my bc self inflates and i have to turn off my tank.    i know that i am doing something wrong setup wise but i dont know what it is.    can you e-mail me the correct gauge setup procedure please.         thank you

If this gear was purchased new, the dealer should have assembled and tested the regulator and gauges for you.

If this gear was purchased used, you should have a qualified technician inspect, and overhaul if necessary, the equipment before you use it in the water.

Due to liability reasons, I can not provide the instructions for assembling and testing the gear online.
