It is karen Pena Carames a student in the touurism area. I would like to do my disertation about the expansion of the areas for diving, but I donot know anything about diving. Cna you dive in all waters? Where can I find more information? thansk very much for help me

Generally speaking, scuba diving is a recreational activity. People go diving for many, many reasons. The tourism side of it will more likely be interested in "what's in it for me". So, polluted, coral-free waters are likely deterrants for divers. Places where good ecological infrastructure, abundant marine life, etc.
