Good afternoon
i am starting to be interested in diving and in the underwater world and I found that I need a license. Why I need a license? Which kind of license it is?

Diving without a license, or certification, isn't illegal in most places, just dangerous.  It's important to dive safely and avoid injury or death.  Luckily, this is simple to do.  Hopefully a certification process teaches the skills of safety to the student.
