usd older tanks

i just had a tank hydroed which failed. some one told me that I could send it back and they would exchange it? is this true? do you know who contact? the dive shop I bot it from is no longer in business.

As I recall, the warranty on cylinders requires the original receipt for purchase, proof of annual visual inspections, and proof of hydro testing every 5 years.

I would recommend that you contact Aqualung (formerly US Divers) directly:

They will tell you what the cylinder warranty covers and the requirements.
