Ingredients:
- 2 (10-pound) bone-in hams, skin-on
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
1.) Preheat your gas grill to 225 degrees Fahrenheit (110 degrees Celsius).
2.) In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
3.) Rub the ham with the spice mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
4.) Place the hams on the grill grate and cook for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius).
5.) Baste the hams with the water every 30 minutes to help keep them moist.
6.) Remove the hams from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
