Answer
Hello!
Well what happens is, once the person has finished climbing and anchored off at the top, when they are lowered back down they stop at each cliping point to take the quick draws (caribenas) out of the bolts in the rock. When they are then lowered to the ground, they have taken all of their quick draws out. The top one of course stays in place so that they can be lowered. Usually if you are climbing on in door walls the anchor is the centres own, and you just clip into this wen ur at the top. Then wen u have got back onto the ground, you pull the rope back through the climbing centres carabina.
On outdoor walls there is usually a stake or some kind of anchor point at the top and u just clip into this, and then once again, once back on the ground pull the rope through.
Ok well i hope i have helped with ur question. Any more inquiries and ill be more than happy to help.
