Answer
Ok, first i live in Great Britain, in a country called wales hee.
Ok the climbing grading system. Well 4b is normally what they start at because this is a very easy route. Grading depends on how hard the wall is to climb and what obsticals are in the way of reaching the top. They will probably colour co-ordinated on an indoor route but outdoors is completely different and normally are graded from easy to hard.
If you are just starting to lead then i would recommend you to climb at about 4B's to 5c's. I am not completely sure on the gradding system myself, as people grade climbs different becasue they are going on their own ability and how hard they found the route. I think that with experience at centres you will get the hang of the gradding system. Some centres even have a gradding poster giving you information. If you would like more information on gradding then type 'rock climbing' into google and have a surf on the web to try and find a site that will tell you what you what to know.
I hope i have helped again and i hope to hear from you soon. Have fun and stay safe!!
