wall climbing

Hi, Im Natasha. I need to do a power point presintation for my
computer class in school. the subject for my presintation is
Project 6, Which is a trip we go on for 5 days in sixth grade at
my school. On this trip, we went wall climbing. and for my power
point i was asked to contact an expert about wall climbing.

so these are a couple questions i would like to ask you:  
What is the highest cliff you have ever climbed?
How old were you when you started climbing?
Who is the oldest wall climber you know?

i would really appreciate it if you could answer these few
questions. Thank you so much!

Hello Natasha,
I hope I can help.  Wall climbering can mean a few different things to climbers.  There are indoor climbers who climb artificial wall and there are outdoor wall climbers (like me) who climb real rock.   I will answer your questions based on my outdoor experience.


The highest cliff I have climbed is 2000 feet.

I was 14 years old when I started climbing. I am 44 now.

I know of some guys in their 60's and 70's who still climb.
