I need a set program to follow for daily light exercise in getting my heart rate up and to diet during the holidays, please help me out. thank you

Brisk walking with arms swinging is the best daily do about half mile and work up to 2 or 3 or even 5 mile 3 times a week.
Cut sugars, creams, carbs, breads, butter, milk go low fat, etc. You can eat, just cut back on this stuff.
