new jogger and biker
Question
I am into fitness and would like to lose 10 lbs. I'm already within the normal weight range, but want to be at tip top health for once in my life. I love to mountain bike and i will ride atleast 4 miles about every other day. The other days i run about 2 miles. So i work out whether it's biking or jogging 5 times weekly. I need to know the secrets to weight loss, i've cut my eating in half and that seems to be helping (i eat cereal for breakfast and a fairly large lunch but no dinner) and i seem to have already lost a few lbs. Any suggestions?
