well im trying to become in shape ~ i want to lose about 30 pounds i was wondering how often u think i should run and also , when i usually run i feel like i have asthma and it really effect my running

First, go to the doctor about your asthma. You should have an inhaler if you do have one already. Your doctor should be able to give you instructions on how to run and control your asthma.
Start off with walking for 20-25 minutes. Work your way up to jogging for 15 minutes and continue to work up from there slowly.
