Sore muscles

Hi, I *just* started doing some recreational running and my legs are sore from yesterday. I want to run today but should I let my body rest or just push through it. thanks!

When you are sore it is good to take an easier day, but it is recommended that you do something. Do 3/4 of the workout. Take it slow and work your way up. You will get there in time. Don't rush it.
Soreness is nothing to be afraid of in terms of exercise. Some is good, but you just want to work it out with some activity. Best of luck.
