10 mile fun run
Question
A woman of "over 40", I want to do a 10 mile fun run in early October with my two girls aged 21 and 17. We are all healthy but not fit, I know there are various programmes that will build me up over a three month period or so, do you reccommend a particular one or do you have your own solution. I have the ability to give an hour a day and perhaps more at the weekend. Ideally, I would want to be of a standard that allows me to run all the way. I am not interested in my speed.

I wouuld recomend you go to the book store and check out the books on running and two authors come to mind.Jeff galloway and Hal Hidgon both have books and are very capable and many years of experience and they probably have schedules you can follow.I do all my work over the phone and talk regulary thru out the entire program.
