Starting a running plan...
Question
I would like to start a running routine and I was woundering...In the end, will I end up getting the same workout if I run everyday for 15 minutes then if I run 3 days a week for 30 minutes?

If you want to max the overall Health benifits that running can offer you i would go 15 minutes everyday.If you really want to feel great work up to 30 minutes a day.And every day will provide far more results than 3 times a week.It would take to long to list them all.I have been running 7 days a week for 28 years and feel just find.
