Soccer- Improve Pace and Stamina

Hi,

Recently I have been lacking pace and stamina whilst playing soccer matches and get out of energy very early on ( this isnt because I use it all at once ) This causes major disadvantages and I was wandering if you could tell me ways to get more stamina and pace and roughly how long it would take for it to work effectively.

To maximize your endurance,strength,pace thru out the match,you need to build a foundation of distance running and sport specific interval training prior to the start of the season to fully realize the true potenial of your game two to three months before the season starts.The results will be immediate.
