Losing Stamina and Pace
Question
Thanks for your reply,
Firstly I would like to say this is the european version of football (soccer). I would also like to add that I am only 14 so i am not preofessional. My workouts: I do training on Thursdays for 2 hours full of running and stamina excersizes. No strength excersizes is reccomended from our coach due to the fact that we are still developing and growing. I usually have no breakfast, chicken burger for lunch and some chicken soup for dinner. I also have about 2 or 3 crisps a week.
Any help really appreciated.

Hi,
Recently, I have seen that I have been lacking pace and stamina in my football fitness and even my beep test results have gone way below what I was. I have also ganed a few pounds. I get tired after about 15 minutes which i know is not good.
I also have to admit i have been eating a lot of fatty and sugary foods.
Any advice on how to get my pace and stamina back to increase my fitness levels otherwise my coach says he has no choice but to kick me out.
Thanks for any advice
Really apprecaited

Answer
Hi Rebt
You are are not eating enough, and you should never skip breakfast, most important meal of the day.You also need more variety.I would suggest talking to a nutritionist to educate you and develope a eating plan to maximize your daily life. These are the most important years for you as your coach says your body is developing. It can't grow if you don't feed it and take care of yourself.I reccomend keeping a training diary to refer to and kep track of whats working.Very important tool to maximize your training and diet.Hope this helps rebt.Stay foccused.
To your success
