How Can I reach peak performance running, what can I do as a cardio exercise that will shed fat/weight.
Also what are some mental techniques to help get and keep me in the zone?

As far as peak performance goes,i would need to know where you have been and where you want to go.To shed weight/fat,your running program plus a good rounded weight program will put you in shape if your consistent.The techniques you develope to keep you in the zone are all based on first making a decision what you want to accomplish and are you truly commited to what it is going to take to get there.Only then can you put them in place to maximize the results.Get me this info and we can pick it up from there.
