jogging every day

Hey, I know that alot of people say not to exercize every day, but i know that when people go to boot camp for the army or such, they jog and do push ups every day. So is it ok to do exercizes such as jogging, pull ups sit ups and push ups every day, or is it not?
Answer
The people who say don't exercise everyday are either lazy or they don't know what they are talking about. I exercised twice a day, day in day out. In fact I had a streak of 6 years without missing a day at one point. You should exercise daily.
