hello i run on my treadmill everyday for about 30-sometimes 60 min. i dont want my thighs to get huge though. if i dont run up hill will they get big??? if i decrease the time i run will they stay small also? thanks!

Your musculature is genetic.When you run it is possible that your thights will increase in size a little with incline or level,but what really will happen is a more cut defined look.Don't get stressed out miss kitty,just enjoy the new healty fit look..
