Burning Feet

Question
I'm a 38 year old female and have been physically active all my life: walking, jogging, hiking, skiing, tennis, snowboarding.  My problem is that during exercise, often the balls of my feet burn so badly they feel like they're on fire.  This isn't a new problem and occurs regardless of activity (even skiing).  I've tried new shoes, different brands, varying thickness of socks, even no socks (bad idea...blisters).  Thin socks seem to be the best solution so far, but why do my feet burn so badly when exercising?

Answer
Hi Erin
I do know what you mean, and experienced it myself years ago.I don't have a hard and fast answer since there are many causes. The one that sticks out for really serious athletes who are always pushing hard is nerve damage.I would suggest for you to put burning feet in google and you will find many article on this subject that you can sort out.If i can help further just get in touch Erin.
