Staminaaaaaaa!

I used to run for a long long time on a soccer field earlier,maybe......30-40 sprints i could do each time i entered the field ...but i haven't played for about 20 days and i believe my stamina has just vanished.. i have a match in my school after 6 days and its really important...what should i do to get my stamina back

With only a few days to go the only thing you can do now is just get out every day and do some easy jogging with some quick pick ups of of about 20 to 30 seconds with 1 minute recovery in between pick ups after you warm up and stretched.Any other questions just get in touch.
