running on a treadmill
Question
I need to know if running on a treadmill will work my abs. I don't like doing exercise so just need to know this. Also if it does work my abs how long should i run, what speed, on a incline, and how many days a week. Thanks

Great abs are produced with a lot of ab work,fine tune diet,reducing body fat.Running does work the abs but really is about burning fat.The more you run the better the result,you pick the days and intensity.It is a simple process Rhonda.You just have to have a lot of patience.
