Various Problems while Jogging!
Question
I am 20yrs old and 73kgs and i think i my hieght is 5-7.... Plz help me on this one!
I have started to Jogg again after one and a half month! and this is the first time i am expereincing this pain in my legs.. I do 6 km daily and outta which 4k i jogg and 1k for warmup and cooldown each.
I hav been following this routine for 2 weeks now, I thought this pain will go away as my body adjusts which i learned from my previous experience but this time its the same everyday.... i can feel extreme pain in my overall leg the real focus if this pain is in the calves! it is so painful that i can't even walk properly after my 4km of jogging!
Secondly I sometime experience chest pains, which i figured out is due to gas! how can i prevent this pain???
Thirdly, how would i be able to find a perfect running shoe for me! I am in Pakistan and here people don't have a concept of shoes which are made according to shape of ur foot! in this situation how can i find that this shoe is made for me!!!
I hope I put my questions clearly!!! and I hope to hear from u soon!!! especailly the first question as its seriously killing me!!!

It could be from coming back to running and trying to much to fast. Start at 4k daily and gradually increase. Stretch properly after running and ice the sore area. Ibuprofen will also help.
