Hello! I was wondering if jogging will tighten my belly? I have found both yes's and no's online, and was wondering which is true. If yes, how long will it take to see results from running 2-3 miles 6 days a week? Thank you so much!!! ~!*Brittany*!~

Brittany,
To 'tighten the belly', you need more than just running.  You will need not only running (or any other form of cardiovascular exercise), but also a full body approach to strength training (not just the abdominal area alone).  

Results will vary according to your workout frequencies, intensities, and experience with workouts as well.  There is not 'cut & dry' answer to this question, so if you are searching for a cut & dry answer, you won't find one.
