Hey, I'm trying to get in shape for boot camp, USMC boot camp. Which me a hell of alot of running... and unfortunately I suck at running. I've never been good at it. Any advice?? How do I build up my running endurance and get in shape? I have to be able to do 1.5 miles in 14 mins 30 seconds. I'm at about 1 mile in 16 mins right now.... I have till January to make that time to get into BT.

First i need to know how many days a week you can train and the availble time for those days.I can then give you the proper info.Also age,height weight and past training.Get me this and we can pick it up from here Erica.
