Hello,
I am daily trying to run and make my stamina better I am wishing for best stamina. I run for enjoyment. So my friend told me first i have to start jogging so i started jogging but I realy need an expert advice for following
1. Whats the scientific way for jogging(method)
2. How do i improve my stamina with jogging
3. And when i turn for running
4. One more thing what should i have to do keep me fit, away from injury 5. Will u tell me some exercise for flexibility .
