Thighs

hi there i am 29 and was in the armed forces when i was younger so did alot of running and also ran for scotland at high school age. i am of really slim stature but my thighs are always a bit bigger than i like as i have to buy size 8 for my body but jeans always tight across my thighs can you recommend any running programme to help my thighs they are not toned at the mo but i frightend they just get bigger??

First is we all are genetically gifted,but that is only about 35 percent.The key to refined sexy thighs is a great diet with great balance and for contour and sculpture do a lot of hill repeats of about 50 meters and work up to 20 reps at about 10 to 15 percent degrees 4 times a week with 2 days in between for recovery.Don't worry about the size.A great fit look with defined thighs are totally awesome.If you have other questions Mishelle just give me a call.
