pressure in head while running

Question
Hi,
I am 26 years old, 82kg 177cm tall, and roughly 29%bf.
I have been jogging on a treadmill at 7kmh for 30mins 3-5 times per week for about a month now, I am close to 7 days per week and just yesterday 20min in I was looking down at my feet a little more than I usually do as what was on TV was quite boring.

When I looked up I noticed pressure in my head I looked back down at my feet briefly and it went away, when I looked back up again it was a lot worse, there was no pain or double vision but the amount of pressure made me think I was having an aneurysm, I immediately hopped off the treadmill and the pressure went away after afew seconds. Within minutes of getting off I went and checked my BP and it was 128/70 and 108HR.

The feeling I felt up to an hour or so after was exactly like the headache I get from yelling too much, no pain just pressure in the head and eyes. 40mins later my BP was around 116/60.
Today my BP is 120/70.
The feeling still hasn't gone away completely only about 90%. I just did 10mins on the treadmill again and it gave me a similar feeling although no where near as bad.

The only thing I can think of that caused this was either keeping my head down for too long or insufficient sodium intake, my sodium intake is only about 1gram per day, I am going to be increasing this to the recommended 2grams.

Do you know what happened?

Thanks.

Answer
Hi Michael
First thing that comes to me is you have pinched some nerves in the the upper part of your spine.Sodium is not the problem.Final answer is at 26 years old your out of shape and at 29 percent you really have to get serious and start a well rounded program that includes nutrition and a good well rounded program that addresses your situation.Your vitals are great. If you want to talk to me further just get in touch or call me if you like here in albuquerque Nm at 505 271 5909 and we can get you moving in the right direction.

All the best

John
