Sprinting or long jogs

I am a young athlete, i exercise weight lifting 3-4 times a week and jog 2 times a week. What im asking is that is it better for me to sprint that to jog for long distances so i could loose the last bit of abdominal fat that ive been trying to loose? Also i just bought a supplement that contains CLA, should i jog or sprint since i take CLA?

Hi Tarek
First i would not use the cla.You don't need it.I would cut your weights to 2 times a week and add the 2 days for running.As far as sprint versus distance.I would gradually work your way up to 45 min to 1hr at a very comfortable pace. which gives you 4 good days of running 2 weights and 1 day off from training to regenerate the body.Also get squeaky clean on a well balanced diet.I have a good friend M.Hussein who is the national cross country coach for your country.
