Ankles

Hi,
Both of my ankles have been hurting ever since I started jogging about a month ago. It feels like I sprained both of them, but I dont recall falling on or twisting either one. What are some ways to strengthen my ankles so when I run they dont hurt as much?

You will experience a number of things starting up.I'm sure everything fine but what i would do is ice them as often as possible and alternate your days with running and walking.Your ankles tissue tendons and ligaments will adapt,you just have to be patient.Just google ankle injuries and click on the images to get a good look at the many tendons that support your ankle and you will see what i mean.In time your body will adapt to the over load process.
