Running to burn fat.....
Question
If fat burning is my main goal is it better to jog/run for 45-50 minutes once a day, or 20-30 minutes twice a day. I mix it up by sometimes sprinting and jogging for about 20-30 minutes, but maybe I should do sprints in the morning and jog at night? Thank you.
