knee hurt

Hi ,, i recently sort of hurt my one knee... i go jogging 5 times a week, Im 18. My knee isnt swollen or anything,, but the last couple of days my knee has been sore if i try running,, i dont know if i should just ignore it and continue running , becuz its not that sore,, i'm just worried that it might get worse. What can i do to make it better fast?? any exercises??

Start supplementing your running with a up right stationary bike a few times a week for 30 to 40 min to help correct any alignment and tracking situations.You can continue to run,but just go easy.If you have any other questions just get in touch.Let me know how that works out for you.
