nausea

Question
Hi, I am 16 and more recently I have been experiencing some extreme cases of nausea after I run. To give a little bit of background I play sports year round and workout very often. This winter was an offseason for me but I still worked out at least every other day. What I'm trying to say is that I am at least in decent/good shape. With that being said I do weight 185 and am about 6'0 ft tall, which may be a little over weight but I can assure you it's mostly muscle. More recently my lacrosse season has started up and we have been doing some light conditioning. After we do some full speed sprints I get an odd pain in my stomach/abs for a minute or two, but then after that I become extremely nauseous. My nausea starts out at a very bearable level but continues to build and build. Eventually I get to the point where I can't see straight, and all I can think about is my lunch coming up. This has been a repeated process for the last week or two, and I think it is about time for me  to ask some questions. I think I might have a weak stomach but I have never had anything like this ever until now.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing so much pain, sounds like you been struggling a bit. I think also, this is a bit out of my expertise and could be a number of things why you are going through this after your full speed sprints. It's important you go see a doctor about this, they can better diagnose you, this sounds like it could be an internal issue that I'm not one to answer.

If it's not internal and you been to the doctor already, it could be whatever you are eating might be upsetting your stomach. Are you taking supplements, protein, etc? Some people react differently to over the counter stuff and that might also be an issue, but again, a doctor might better confirm that too.

Best I can say for now, but first things first, get to a doctor!
