How many km should i run?

Hello,i am 13 years old and i like jogging for long distances(not really long,about 3-4 km).So i would like to ask how many km are appropriate for my age? . Also,how many times a week should i jog for a good physical state ?

Great to hear your running at 13 Euripidis!  You should run at least 4 times a week.  The number of kiometers is not as precise though. Start now to listen to your body.  Everyone is different and every day is different.  Just because you're able to do one thing one day doesn't mean you're able to do it the next day.  If you're developing any pain figure out why and fix it quick.  If you have 3 straight days that you don't seem as strong as you would expect because of previous runs then take a week off.  You don't want to overtrain!  If you need more help on how to prevent overtraining and listen to your body please follow-up with another question.  Good luck Euripidis.
