Questiondear patt,
you sound like you've discovered much wisdom in your life.
would you kindly share your most profound perspectives you've learned in life thus far?
both fitness related and from life in general would be most interesting.
thank you,

AnswerHi Troy
Sorry so late pc problems as usual?
I am going now on 66 years old and breeding German Shepherds, I keep myself so busy I have no time to think.
Years ago I took Taekwondo for three years and was one belt from being a black belt, I jogged, rode a bike and took Karate every night.
I believe in keeping our brain our largest muscle so busy thinking we have no time for anything else.
I did horses for some 35 years also having achieved many awards, won many ribbons, have worked with kids in 4-H and other clubs. I have donated my time at the local shelter also weekly. Now I have no time to whelping puppies 3 or 4 litters a year for I work hard from the time they are born with each one.
I believe in God and my faith has kept me going also, but most important is keeping the mind very busy thinking what to do next, not sitting and waiting for the next dollar to come in. I think I am always researching to find a way to better things in life, be it in my West German Shepherds, to friends, to living in general. I think we should not dwell on our health reasons and keep going to reach our goals which everybody should set some and try and achieve them. I do.
What else can I say, look at my site, I sell puppies fast as I breed my good bitches to Gino my stud from Germany, this is a LOVE HOBBY and our business of Detailing Autos keep me busy also even though I am so crippled with Arthritis, I keep going and forget the pain, the crippled fingers, the back that hurts so badly and just live each day to live life.
Kind Regards
patt
