lower back and joint pain

Question
After being tired of being close to 300 ibs I decided last year in July to run -2-3 times a week 20-30 minutes.I started walking at first then light jogging as I got stronger then alternating between walking jogging running depending on my mood weather or level of conditioning. When I started initially I experienced a LOT of lower back pain on the left and right sides, but continued on, howbeit slowly. I am proud that I was able to keep up my running program through out the winter months and now that it is a little warmer (10 months later) I am anxiously looking forward to the warmer weather and longer, more enjoyable runs.
However, recently, I've been experiencing lower back pain again on the left and right sides, and soreness in my joints that I HAVENT experienced since i STARTED the program way back in July of last year.
I feel depressed and heartbroken that I am experiencing this pain just when it is starting to get warm again and feel that it will hinder all the hard work that I've put into my program. I just want to know what's wrong? I stretch completely before and after my run, yet the pain persists. Any advice?

You should get some xrays for sure ordered by your docter.
It might be strained badly or your going to have disc problems from being heavy.?
Get some blood work done and MRI and xrays and make sure your in good health, do not get despressed until you know the cause. If so, maybe you will be allowed on a treadmill, been looking at the new ones and they are awesome.
This is definately medical and I would not begin to tell you anything until your checked then come back and let me know please.
Kind Regards
