hi, i'm a 18 year old boy, i'm 5'7 inches tall and i weigh about 150, i am hoping to loose some weight about 15 - 20 pounds  . i am trying to loose this weight since i have put it on in the last two years. since putting on this wieght i look terrible.my defined  jaw line has now become round and my waist 5 inches bigger. during the past two years since i put on the weight i have tried different ways to loose the weight but i can never keep it up. last summer i dieted alot and went to the Gym where i lost about 12 pounds.  i used to go running at the sewall but since i moved from near i can no loonger go   so i sit aroud my house all day   other than when i go to school  i do have chore to do but that is very litle to do.  i have exercised when i am home from the denise austion show   but i really do not have time fr all of this.      do yout hink jogging every day will help me that much. how long do you think jogging for 1- 2 miles A DAY ,   will  it take for me to loose weight, how long will it takes,  how much weight will i loose per month by doing this





couls u give me any other advice on hot to loose the weight the weight

You must combine diet along with exercise, I am certain you have heard this over and over.
Cutting breads, sugars, creams, pastas, butter, gravies.  Eat meats trimmed from fat and grilled, plenty of veggies and fruits, eggs and bacon fried crisp.  Low fat milks.  Low fat salad dressings, etc.]

If u job one mile a day, do some tummy cruches, sits up, put your toes under the couch or chair, do full sits and halfs, hold to count of five.  Days u cannot job or brisk walk with arms flying at your sides, do a jog in place at home with music on and some hard sweating leg lifts, swings, etc.  Make up your own routine, Ihave lost ten pounds first month then it goes down to 3 or 4 a month.
You do not have much to loose, so sticking to the diet, eat what you want in meats, turkey, chicken fish, etc.  Exercise daily of sorts, make yourself sweat, do a warm up and cool down by the way, you should drop this within six months.
