I PERSONALLY WOULD START WITH POWER WALKING FIRST FOR A CERTAIN SET OF MILES. BEFORE STARTING OFF JOGGING OR RUNNING, THIS KEEPS THE LIGAMENTS FROM SORENESS AND INJURYS. AFTER THIS AND U MEET YOUR GOALS, START TO JOG AND WORK ON HILLS UP AND DOWN ALSO, BUT BEFORE MAKE CERTAIN YOU HAVE DONE A TWENTY MINUTE WARM UP AND AFTER A COOL DOWN. SET GOALS FOR YOURSELF TO DISTANCE U DESIRE AND WORK TO MEET THOSE. BE IN NO HURRY OR INJURIES OCCUR.
IF YOUR IN TOP CONDITION, YOU COULD KICK BOX 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK AFTER CONDITIONING THE BODY FOR IT. WE DID THIS IN KARATE, WE WORKED THE BAG FIRST FOR A LONG TIME AND AT HOME, THEN WE SPARRED.
I WOULD WORK ON MY LEGS, DOING KICKS AT HOME, LIFTS, STRETCHING ALOT.
