How Old is to old to compete

2016/7/22 10:14:04

Question
I'm thirty-three years old I would like to know if I'm to old to start training for events like the Iron man and the Olympic triathlon.

Answer
HI PIERRE
CERTAINLY NOT, IF YOU TRAIN FULLY FROM THE HEART, MIND AND BODY, YOUR NEVER TOO OLD.
START TO WORK, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR THIS, I DO NOT, BUT AT THIRTY YOUR A BABY, SOME OF THE TOP DIVERS I WATCHED WERE LATE THIRTIES DOING OUTSTANDING DIVES.
AS LONG AS YOU PUT YOUR COMPLETE BODY, MIND AND SOUL INTO YOUR WORK PROGRAM AND SET GOALS TO MEET AND WORK TO MEET THOSE GOALS, IF THEY ARE OLYMPIC GOALS AND U REACH THEM, THEN YOUR AS GOOD AS THE 20 YEAR OLD STANDING BESIDE YOU.
GO FOR IT GUY!!
