Question
Dear John,

Thank you for answering to my e-mail. I am 5'6",
174,5 pounds, 31 years old and I'm in perfect health. In January this year I started in the Atkins program and lost 24 ponds in 3 1/2 months. I have been to a doctor and had a checkup about 45 days ago and everything is great. Then I went visit my relatives in Brazil and I gained 25 pounds in 2 months (I know, I should have kept myself away from that good food but I could not!). When I started on my diet in January my carb consumption was about 35 grams a day and I had vegetables and salads and lots of protein (from meat). I don't eat fruits or grains. I've been taking Centrum CarbAssist to replace the nutrients from the foods I don't eat . I also started jogging in January. I did jog 5 days a week then just like I've been doing now but I felt no pain at all. During my trip to Brazil (2 months) I did not exercise but I came back in June and I've been back to my 5 day exercise routine since. I had a baby last year and that's one of the reason for being overweight. If there is anything else I could let you know please ask.

Thank you a lot,

Hosana Medbery

Answer
dear hosana
first thing hosana you have to begin with the end in mind and you like thousands and thousands of others for some reason like to ride roller coasters.get all excited for a quick ride and then jump off.you have 50 to 60 years in front of you and i am sure you want to enjoy it with your family at the highest level possible.right now you are headed for disaster.I am telling straight out from 27 years of experience and i have seen every diet pill powder informicial etc. etc. etc.that has come down the information highway.let me ask you a question hosana?if all these cutting edge diets pills amd fancy informercials work so well why is america in the worst shape in the history of the country? do you have the answer?......I DO....I know you omly asked how to get rid of the pain in your legs but this is how i work....because their is never a short answer to the solutions to the problem.they accmulate over time and that is why i need data and history.....what you need to do is get on a long range program properly supervised and get off the atkins diet.....DIETS DO NOT WORK....you can not go threw life micromangeing your food intake.that is not healthy in it self because it only creates stress which is counter productive to what your tying to get rid of.your pain in your legs is a direct result of your lack of exercise over time and your height weight and rideing the roller coaster..........if you want success in business you get a good education which takes time and money in the field of your choice.....if you want  be healthy for the next 50 to 60 years,,,then you have to get a good education and not contribute your hard earned money to all those diet gurus and fancy informercial products.i told you earlier i know the answer. In short follow the money trail.they know you want a quick fix and  answer.the long answer for long term success is what i have ben doing for 27 years and i can't do this on allexperts.com.....i basicly answer questions and head people down the right road but i have an obligation to them to tell them the true facts to resolve the issues they inquired about........If people want to work with me on a program they can always contact me by going to my web site whitch has my phone and email and we can talk further......hope this has been some help to you hosana. If you have any other questions feel free to get in touch.their is always many practisioners who will take your money for a quick office visit and prescription and send you on your way....If it helps hosana i have been where you are and self educated my self over the years....

the very very best
