What type of shoes?

Question
I am training for a 26 mile walkathon in October. I am up to 9 miles a day and need some really good quality, cushioned walking shoes. My feet and legs are really stiff. Any ideas on the best quality/style? I know you are an expert on running, but there are no experts on walking!

Answer
Dear lori
I would recomend you go for a running shoe. You are really hiting it hard and I think they would hold up a lot better.

In regards to your stifness I would recomend you add 500mg of vitimin C to your three meals a day. This is like gold for runners and walkers. The list of benifits is endless.Strengthen's cells and conective tissue and tendons just to name a few.

Keep up the great work Lori
The very best to you
