Hi siobhain
You probably are developing a blood clot from jaming your nail. This can happen very easy and takes a little to feel bad like you described to me.
I'm going to ask you to get right back to me with a couple of answers.
Number 1....Is your nail black and blue?
=======2....Does it hurt when you press down on it?
Get back to me right away and i will give you a some answers.
Till next time
